Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BigTask Box mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). BigTask Box is published under the developer name MZ Studio Games, an independent software studio (“BigTask Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
BigTask Box is an advertising-supported rewards application that allows eligible users to participate in games, game-related tasks, offers, advertisements, and other activities, earn virtual coins, and redeem eligible coins for available rewards such as gift cards.
By downloading, registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility, Registration, and Accounts
1.1 Age and legal capacity
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use BigTask Box. We may restrict availability in certain countries, regions, or territories.
1.2 Accurate information
Any information you provide when registering, using the Services, contacting support, completing verification, or redeeming a reward must be truthful, accurate, complete, current, and belong to you. You must not provide false, fabricated, misleading, stolen, or third-party information.
1.3 One person, one account
Unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing, each individual may create, control, and use only one BigTask Box account.
You may not create, operate, control, share, buy, sell, rent, lend, transfer, or use multiple accounts in order to obtain additional coins, tasks, bonuses, gift cards, referral benefits, advertising rewards, or any other benefit.
1.4 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You must promptly contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
2. About the BigTask Box Services
BigTask Box may make games, game tasks, advertising-supported activities, offers, check-in activities, promotions, or other eligible activities available to users. Completing an eligible activity may result in virtual coins being credited to your account, subject to the specific rules displayed in the app and our fraud-prevention checks.
Available games, tasks, coin amounts, reward rates, eligibility requirements, countries, offers, advertisements, and redemption options may differ between users and may change based on region, device, campaign availability, advertising demand, partner requirements, account status, fraud-prevention systems, and other operational factors.
3. Virtual Coins
3.1 Nature of coins
BigTask Box coins are virtual reward units used solely within the Services. Coins are not cash, electronic money, deposits, securities, financial products, legal tender, stored-value accounts, or transferable property.
3.2 No ownership or guaranteed cash value
Coins do not give you an ownership interest, creditor right, or guaranteed monetary value. Except through redemption options expressly offered by BigTask Box, coins cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, pledged, exchanged, or redeemed outside the Services.
3.3 Coin calculation
The amount of coins awarded for an activity may depend on game progress, task completion, advertising or attribution records, region, campaign configuration, partner confirmation, system records, and fraud-prevention results.
We do not guarantee any fixed earnings, fixed hourly rate, fixed return, fixed coin value, fixed redemption ratio, or minimum amount of rewards that any user will receive.
3.4 Adjustments
We may correct, reverse, withhold, cancel, or adjust coins that were credited due to a technical error, duplicate event, invalid traffic, partner reporting error, fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, chargeback, attribution error, or violation of these Terms.
4. Gift Cards, Redemption, Fees, and Delivery
4.1 Redemption eligibility
Eligible users may redeem eligible coin balances for gift cards or other rewards that are currently available in BigTask Box. Reward brands, denominations, currencies, countries, availability, inventory, eligibility requirements, and minimum redemption thresholds may vary.
4.2 Redemption rates, reward values, and applicable fees
There is no fixed or universal exchange rate between BigTask Box coins and gift cards or other rewards. Different rewards may require different amounts of coins and may have different redeemable values. The applicable redemption rate, required coin amount, reward denomination, and the amount you are eligible to receive are determined by the information displayed on the redemption list page in the BigTask Box app at the time you submit your redemption request.
Reward processing, fulfillment, exchange, partner, service, or other applicable fees may vary depending on the gift card brand, denomination, currency, country, reward provider, or redemption method. These differences may affect the redeemable amount shown for a particular reward.
Redemption rates, coin requirements, available denominations, fees, and reward values may be updated from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively to redemption requests submitted after the updated information is displayed in the app and will not retroactively change a redemption request that has already been validly submitted, except where correction is necessary due to fraud, abuse, an obvious technical or pricing error, or where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
By submitting a redemption request, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the coin requirement, reward value or denomination, and other redemption information displayed in the app at that time.
4.3 Delivery time
Gift cards and other rewards are not guaranteed to be delivered immediately or on the same day that a redemption request is submitted.
Actual delivery time may be shorter or longer depending on the gift card brand, country, reward provider, inventory, weekends, public holidays, fraud or compliance review, verification requirements, partner processing, email delivery, network problems, technical issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4.4 Review before fulfillment
A redemption request may be placed under review before fulfillment. During review, we may verify account activity, task completion, device and network signals, advertising or attribution records, redemption history, account ownership, and other information reasonably necessary to detect fraud, cheating, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Submitting a redemption request does not by itself guarantee that the reward will be approved or issued. Requests associated with suspected fraud, invalid activity, material errors, eligibility failures, or violations of these Terms may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, or reversed to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4.5 Correct delivery information
You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address or other required reward-delivery information. We are not responsible, except where required by law, for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you, spam filtering, an inaccessible inbox, expired addresses, or third-party delivery restrictions.
4.6 Third-party reward terms
Gift cards and other rewards may be issued or fulfilled by third-party providers and may be subject to the issuer's own expiration rules, regional restrictions, usage limitations, non-transferability rules, refund rules, terms of use, and privacy policies.
4.7 Reward availability
We do not guarantee that any particular gift card brand, denomination, currency, reward type, redemption threshold, or reward option will always remain available. Where a reward becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may, where appropriate, offer an alternative reward, return the applicable coins, or take another reasonable action.
5. Anti-Cheating, Fraud Prevention, and Fair Use
BigTask Box is intended for genuine individual users. Cheating, automated activity, fraudulent activity, manipulation, and attempts to obtain rewards through false or artificial activity are strictly prohibited.
- creating, controlling, or using multiple accounts for the same individual;
- sharing accounts or operating accounts on behalf of another person;
- using a VPN, proxy, anonymizer, IP masking service, GPS/location spoofing tool, emulator, virtual machine, device farm, cloud phone, modified operating environment, or similar technology to disguise, falsify, or manipulate your actual region, IP address, device, identity, or eligibility;
- providing false, fabricated, misleading, stolen, temporary, or third-party information, including false email, identity, account, device, or redemption information;
- resetting, cloning, modifying, spoofing, or fabricating device identifiers or advertising identifiers;
- using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, automation tools, modified apps, hacks, reverse engineering, packet manipulation, or other unauthorized tools;
- fabricating game progress, task completion, ad interactions, installations, purchases, attribution events, referrals, or other qualifying activity;
- repeatedly reinstalling apps, resetting devices, clearing identifiers, or otherwise attempting to make the same user or device appear to be a new eligible user;
- generating invalid advertising traffic, including automated impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completions, or other artificial engagement;
- exploiting bugs, technical errors, duplicate credits, pricing errors, reward errors, or unintended application behavior instead of reporting them to us;
- attempting to bypass geographic, account, device, task, offer, reward, redemption, frequency, or eligibility restrictions;
- colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate coins, tasks, referrals, offers, advertisements, or gift card redemptions.
The use of a VPN or similar technology is not automatically prohibited for every purpose; however, using it to misrepresent your location, bypass regional restrictions, create the appearance of a different user or device, access offers for which you are not eligible, manipulate advertising or attribution, or obtain coins or rewards improperly is prohibited.
6. Account Review, Suspension, Restriction, and Termination
If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or cheating, created a security risk, manipulated the rewards system, generated invalid traffic, or otherwise abused the Services, we may take one or more actions permitted by applicable law, including:
- placing an account or redemption request under review;
- temporarily limiting access to games, offers, coins, advertisements, or redemption functions;
- withholding, cancelling, reversing, or correcting coins or rewards obtained through invalid activity;
- clearing or forfeiting some or all coins in the account where those coins were obtained through, connected with, or materially affected by cheating, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other violations of these Terms;
- rejecting, cancelling, reversing, or voiding pending or unfulfilled redemption requests associated with prohibited activity;
- cancelling all outstanding redemptions on the affected account where reasonably necessary to investigate or address prohibited activity;
- to the extent permitted by applicable law, seeking recovery, reimbursement, offset, cancellation, deactivation, or other appropriate remedial action in relation to gift cards or other rewards already issued or redeemed through cheating, fraud, abuse, manipulation, or other violations of these Terms;
- suspending or permanently banning the account;
- preventing additional accounts associated with the same user, device, network, payment, redemption information, or other risk signals from using the Services, where reasonably necessary;
- reporting material fraud, abuse, or unlawful conduct to relevant service providers, app platforms, or authorities where appropriate or required by law.
A permanent account ban may result in loss of access to unredeemed coins, cancellation of pending or outstanding redemptions, and, where permitted by applicable law, action to recover or invalidate gift cards or other rewards that were obtained through or are connected with prohibited conduct. We will not confiscate lawfully acquired rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may request reasonable information from you during an account or redemption review. Failure to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or resolve suspected fraud may result in continued restriction or rejection of the affected redemption request.

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact us at mspyapp83@gmail.com. Please provide your account identifier and relevant details. We may review the decision based on available system, partner, security, and account records.
7. Game Tasks, Offers, Tracking, and Reward Confirmation
Games and tasks may be provided by BigTask Box or by third-party partners. Each task may have specific requirements, time limits, device requirements, region restrictions, new-user requirements, progression requirements, or other eligibility conditions shown in the app.
A task appearing to be completed on your device does not always mean that the relevant third-party partner has successfully confirmed the event. Reward credit may depend on valid tracking, attribution, partner callbacks, advertising records, technical verification, and fraud-prevention checks.
Coin credit or reward confirmation may be delayed, corrected, withheld, or cancelled where tracking data is incomplete, duplicated, invalid, fraudulent, technically erroneous, or rejected by the relevant partner.
8. Advertising, Third-Party Games, Offers, and Services
BigTask Box may display advertisements and provide access to games, offers, websites, gift card providers, or services operated by third parties. Third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, eligibility requirements, technical requirements, and support procedures.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, content, availability, products, or data practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
Advertisements and sponsored offers are part of the BigTask Box experience. You must not intentionally generate invalid advertising activity or interfere with advertising delivery, measurement, or attribution.
9. Additional Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial resale purposes;
- interfere with, damage, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or partners' systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, tamper with, or create unauthorized derivative versions of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- scrape, harvest, extract, or automatically collect information from the Services without authorization;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, location, device, eligibility, or relationship with us;
- use the Services to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- attempt to circumvent any security, fraud-prevention, reward, account, geographic, or technical restriction.
10. Service Availability, Updates, and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time, including games, tasks, offers, coin-award rates, redemption thresholds, gift card options, supported countries, advertising experiences, fraud-prevention rules, processing procedures, and third-party integrations.
We do not guarantee that the Services, any game, any offer, any reward, or any particular redemption option will be continuously available or error-free.
Where a material change affects an already submitted and valid redemption request, we will handle the request reasonably and in accordance with applicable law and the redemption terms applicable when the request was submitted.
11. License and Intellectual Property
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use BigTask Box for your own lawful, non-commercial use.
BigTask Box, including its software, design, logos, graphics, text, interfaces, features, databases, and other content owned by us, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party games, advertisements, brands, and reward trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Privacy
Your use of BigTask Box is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information.

13. Taxes and Personal Expenses
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, internet fees, mobile data fees, device expenses, or other personal costs that may apply to your use of the Services or receipt of rewards, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not provide tax, financial, or legal advice. If you are uncertain about the tax treatment of rewards in your jurisdiction, you should consult an appropriate professional.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continuous availability of games or rewards, error-free tracking, any minimum earning level, any fixed reward value, or any specific amount of coins or gift cards.
Estimated reward processing times, including the typical 3 to 15 business day period, are estimates only and may be affected by third-party providers, inventory, verification, holidays, technical issues, compliance reviews, and other factors.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Subject to that rule, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigTask Box and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or anticipated rewards arising from or related to use of the Services.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control, including third-party game providers, advertising networks, reward issuers, internet failures, platform outages, natural disasters, governmental actions, or similar events, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Services and by any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country or region of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, business operations, legal requirements, platform policies, or security and fraud-prevention needs. We will update the “Last Updated” date when the Terms are changed.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
